Availabilty & Pricing

All pricing is in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST.

Availability, edition and/or annual pricing and the delivery ETA may be subject to change. Where a price changes we will either absorb the cost change or notify you first to confirm if you want to proceed with the order.

For titles not in stock we will order in, where a title is expected that is outside our normal expected timetrame we will advise you.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 2 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.

Cancellations

Order cancellations must be by email to us before 9.00am (NZ time) the day after placing your order otherwise the order is treated as fully confirmed and can not be cancelled.

Privacy

The privacy of our clients data is important to us, all orders and any credit cards data is of greater importantance to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in. Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption only.
